Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Signless (the “Service”), a tool that scans OpenStreetMap data for local businesses, identifies those without a website, and generates website prompts and static websites using third-party AI models. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service is provided as-is

The Service is offered without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Business data is derived from community-maintained sources and AI generation, may be incomplete or wrong, and must be verified before you rely on it. We do not guarantee that leads, business details, generated websites, or availability of the Service meet any particular standard.

2. Your responsibility for generated websites

• Websites are machine-generated from the data and instructions you provide. You are responsible for reviewing them before publishing or sharing.
• You must not use the Service to create misleading claims about a business, impersonate someone else's business, or infringe others' rights.
• You are responsible for complying with the licensing terms of any third-party images or content included in generated sites.

3. Acceptable use

• No scraping the Service itself, no attempts to overload our providers, no unlawful or harmful content through the generation tools.
• Respect the usage policies of the underlying data sources: OpenStreetMap, Overpass API mirrors, Nominatim, Google Maps Platform, and OpenRouter.

4. Third-party services and data

The Service relies on third parties: OpenStreetMap (data under the ODbL, attribution required), public Overpass API mirrors, Nominatim, Google Maps Platform (subject to the Google Terms of Service), Openverse/CC-licensed image sources, and AI models accessed via OpenRouter. Those providers' terms apply to their respective data and services. Signless makes no claim of affiliation with, or endorsement by, Google or any map provider.

5. Accounts and billing

• You need an account to build sites. Accounts are free; keep your credentials safe.
• The free plan includes 2 generated sites, which carry a small “Built with Signless” badge. Paid plans remove the badge and raise limits.
• Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; cancel anytime from the billing portal.
• Plan limits apply to sites generated while a plan is active. We may change plan features with notice on the pricing page.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signless and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding it, or USD $10 if you paid nothing.

7. Termination and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We will indicate the last update date at the top of this page.
